Recently I attended a training, and can you believe this... I've forgotten exactly which training it was!
But I took notes on what the speaker was saying. (I still don't remember where the rest of the notes went)
One short sentence stood out to me enough that I scribbled them down onto my calendar and forgot about them.
The next day was a rough day. All kinds of craziness going on. You are a business owner, you know what it's like ... you're creating your dream, often under challenging circumstances.
You're doing your best to focus on your vision, even though our human tendency is so often to focus on what is wrong.

Poof!! A LIGHT BULB went off in my head.
It was amazing. I felt the truth of this, and the words helped me to connect with something within myself that I didn't know I had.
My whole day turned around, my tiredness and stress vanished, I felt energized. The next day, five new people joined our team!
