• What are their values and guiding principles?
• What kinds of business mentoring and support do they provide for you and your future team?
In addition to these questions, notice how you FEEL when you are talking to them? Are you comfortable with them, do you feel energized, excited, positive? Or do you feel manipulated, deceived, or not heard? Listen to your intuition as well as the words!

What kind of team should you be looking for?
• Look for an upline with a proven track record of success with the kind of business you are wanting to do.
• Look for people who are knowledgeable and willing to teach and train you.
• Look for people who are committed to what they are doing, who understand that our business is not "easy money" but requires consistent work over time.
• Look for people that you would be comfortable starting a home business with.
• Look for people who share your values!
