Online training resources for your Network Marketing business should be simple, concise, and easy to access and understand so that anyone in your downline can benefit from them.
In other words, it should be dublicatable.
Please remember that the majority of Network Marketing skills are learned by mentoring "live" with your upline partners, on three way calls or in person.
It's like when learning how to drive a car. You wouldn't do it on your own, even if you think you already can drive, would you? Instead, you will always have someone by your side teaching you how to drive, until you receive the licence. So...
Online training is an excellent extra support but can never take the place of good, old fashioned three way calls and personalized mentoring. It prooves that there's a real person (i.e. you!) behind the initial offer.
This being said, one of my favorite sources for online training in network marketing is Kim Klaver's. Kim is one of the most entertaining trainers in the industry. Her book The Truth About What It Takes To Make It in Network Marketing is written in comic book style with a "laugh out loud" humor that is incredibly effective in teaching a newcomer to the industry exactly how to do the business. And her book If My Product's So Great, How Come I Cant Sell it? is an absolute must have-read-follow!
Kim has created an online training community, prospecting websites, a paid search engine, an array of books and training audios, and a host of other excellent online training resources at her site including an article archive and discussion board. Even better, Kim offers live training classes via teleconference. Her world-famous 3 Scripts Classes ("100 customers in 100 days") are fun and highly effective at teaching you the kind of "make money now" skills needed to build a Network Marketing business. She specializes in teaching you how to lead with the product (instead of the opportunity).
